Pasta Mista N°74

360 g Rummo Pasta Mista N°74
500 g potatoes
60 g carrot
1 onion
1 stalk celery
3-4 slices bacon or pancetta
80 g grated aged pecorino
50 g grated Parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste


Dice the carrots, onions and celery. Peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks. Chop the pancetta and sauté in a deep pan. Add the vegetables and continue sautéing. Add the potatoes and cover with water. Cook for 15 minutes. Add the Pasta Mista and cook until done. Remove from heat. Add the grated cheeses and season to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
